PRIVACY POLICY

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force on May 25, 2018 (https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection_en), are consistent rules for the protection of personal data across Europe. They apply to EU-based companies and companies worldwide that process personal data about individuals in the EU.
Although many principles are based on the current EU data protection rules (http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX%3A31995L0046%3Aen%3AHTML), the general provisions on the protection of personal data have greater scope, stricter standards and an enforcement system with heavy fines. For example, they require higher standards of consent to the use of certain types of data, as well as broaden the rights of individuals in terms of data access and data portability.

Commitment and preparation of AnKa Jewelry
Data protection is crucial for AnKa Jewelery customers. We meet the requirements of current EU data protection law and we will comply with the general provisions on the protection of personal data. We are intensively preparing ourselves to comply with the general provisions on the protection of personal data.
During the entire preparation process, AnKa Jewelery cares about the following issues:

Clarity
Our Data Principles will remain the only central document that defines how personal data is processed. At the same time, we conduct information campaigns among new and current users on issues related to consent and products, as well as educational campaigns for customers.

Control
We will continue to allow users to control how their data is used.

Reliability
We are responsible for our actions and apply the Privacy Principles, which explains our approach to privacy and data protection. We regularly contact regulators, legislators and privacy professionals to keep them informed about our policies, obtain feedback and adjust our laws as necessary.

Main legal bases
Under the general provisions on the protection of personal data, there are a number of grounds for legitimizing the processing of personal data. Below we present the most important legal bases regarding the general provisions on the protection of personal data.

Basic requirements and application to products

Contractual necessity
The processed data must be necessary to provide the service and specified in the contract with the private person.

Agreement
Free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent in the form of an explicit confirmation is required.
The user has the right to withdraw consent, which should be brought to his attention.
Consent must be given by a person of the age required by the Member State - otherwise, it must be given by a parent or guardian.
For the processing of certain data (e.g. certain categories of personal data), explicit consent is required.

Legitimate interests
If a company or third party carries out a legitimate interest which is not outweighed by the rights or interests of private individuals, the processing must be suspended if an objection is raised by the private individual.

AnKa Jewelery as a data administrator and a data administrator dealing only with data processing.

Data controller
Data controllers decide on the "purposes" and "means" of processing personal data.
As is the case with current data protection law, data controllers will have to take measures to ensure that data collection, purpose, storage period is compatible, and that users have access to their data.
A data controller solely dealing with data processing processes personal data on behalf of the data controller. Certain obligations now directly concern data controllers who only process data, and data controllers must ensure that they enter into certain contractual obligations to ensure safe and lawful data processing.
While AnKa Jewelery operates most of its services as a data controller, there are times when it acts as a data controller solely dealing with data processing when working with companies and third parties. When AnKa Jewelery processes data as a data controller that works on your behalf, your company must have its own legal basis to process and share data with us.

Your information belongs to you and you can delete it

We keep improving
We are constantly working on creating new forms of control and developing them in such a way that their use is understandable.

We are responsible
Our products are not only scrupulously checked in connection with ensuring privacy, but also undergo rigorous tests in terms of data security.
