The semi-precious stone called zultanite (named by a Turkish jeweler after the sultans) occurs in the natural environment in only one location - in Anatolia, in the Izbir province, a mountainous area of ​​Turkey.

Depending on the type, intensity and angle of incidence of light, sultanite reflects sunlight differently, creating a spectrum of different colors - from champagne, through greenish, red, to intensely orange.
